INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Growing older brings many transitions — changes in health, changing roles, loss of loved ones, and family or caregiving conflicts. Individual therapy provides a safe space to process emotions, adapt to change, and find solutions.

COUPLES AND FAMILY THERAPY

Aging affects the whole family — roles shift, responsibilities change, and everyone adapts in their own way. We are committed to helping families understand these transitions and find practical ways to move forward together.

GROUP THERAPY

Healing from Chronic Pain is a therapy group rooted in the principles of Pain Reprocessing Therapy, an evidence-based approach to understanding and healing chronic pain. In addition to developing practical strategies for recovery, group therapy offers the chance to connect with others who understand what you're going through. We run small groups of 4–6 participants to ensure a safe, collaborative, and therapeutic environment.

IN-HOME ASSESSMENTS AND THERAPY

Assessing clients in their own homes allows our therapists to see firsthand the physical, social, and emotional challenges they face every day. This deeper, contextual understanding enables us to offer practical, person-centered recommendations.

In-home therapy fills a gap in our healthcare system, which has limited accessible therapy services. It also alleviates the burden on caregivers who are often responsible for transporting their loved ones to appointments.

CLINICAL SUPERVISION

For clinicians seeking to expand their therapy skills in gerontology, group therapy, IPT, or PRT, Maddi Levinson, Registered Social Worker and psychotherapist, offers individual and group supervision.
